I am Namsheer K, a Counselling Psychologist and Quality Management professional with a unique perspective on how human behavior drives success—whether in personal life, the financial markets, or the industrial workplace.
With over 10 years of experience as a HACCP Team Leader and a certified Internal Auditor through Quality Austria Gulf, I have seen firsthand that even the most robust industrial systems fail if the "human element" is not aligned.
